DREAMWORKS WEAVES MAGIC AT PAPRIKAAS

Thomson has recently aligned a strategic partnership, through their Technicolor business with DreamWorks Animation to train and develop world-class talent and build a state-of-the-art CG Animation studio at Paprikaas to produce high-quality animated content including theatrical features. Paprikaas in tandem with Technicolor Content Services, a division of Thomson S.A, is creating a dedicated production facility for DreamWorks Animation, the world-renowned studio that has produced such blockbusters as Shrek, Madagascar and Over The Hedge. The key areas in which DreamWorks Animation will assist and support Paprikaas in building Technology Support / Infrastructure, Pipeline Assistance, Training and On-Site Creative Supervision.

Paprikaas has recently moved to a Center of Excellence for Digital Content Production spread over a 100,000 sq. ft. facility at International Tech Park Bangalore (ITPB), Whitefield, Bangalore, India. Paprikaas is putting together a multi-cultural team of artists and technologists to work on some of the upcoming DreamWorks Animation projects.
